HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once you receive your order confirmation via email, your order can take between 2-3 business days to process and ship.  Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping times differ depending on your selected shipping method.Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your items to process. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR USPS TO UPDATE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.

IS V'TIERREBEAUTY RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS?

Vtierrebeauty.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, damaged packages; and any returned packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender.

The customer is 100% liable for the re-shipment fee's of orders that get sent back to our facility. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
