IS VTIERREBEAUTY A CRUELTY-FREE BRAND?

Our lashes are cruelty-free. Our lashes are created with synthetic blended fibers. No product is created by or tested on animals. 

HOW DO I APPLY MY LASHES?

Carefully remove the lash from the tray, starting from the outer corners

Curl your own lashes and apply mascara (if needed)

Hold the lash to your eye and measure it to see whether the lash should be trimmed.

Use scissors to cut the outer corner of the lashes

Take the edges of your lash and bend them into a U shape.

Apply lash glue along the lash band. Allow the glue to become tacky.

Use tweezers to apply the lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible starting from the center and then the outer corners.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE MY LASHES?

V'TIERRE BEAUTY lashes can be used up to 20 times if they are well cleaned and maintained.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASHES?

Carefully peel off the residual glue from the lash band with some tweezers without tugging on band too hard. 

Lay the lashes on a paper towel and gently clean the lashes with a q-tip and oil-free eye make remover or warm water with soap. 

After you have cleaned the lashes, lay them out to dry.

Store your lashes in their original case to maintain the lashes in their original shape. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may contact our customer service team to cancel your order within an hour after your order has been placed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have dispatched.
